Write to us at: Illinois Lending Corporation, 701 Lee St. #570, Des Plaines, IL, 60016 within thirty (30) days of your application.

Please note: If you are a new customer, we begin sharing your information for business purposes to process your transactions immediately. We will not share your information to unrelated companies for the purpose of marketing their goods and services to you for 30 days from the date you receive this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing as provided for in this privacy policy, allowing us enough time to act on your request.

How does ILC protect my personal information?

We take your privacy very seriously. To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, all electronic files are protected by SSL encryption, the industry security standard, and all networks are secured by firewalls. Data is stored on secure servers, and any documents are protected in locked offices in locked cabinets with security cameras. Only those employees with a need to access your information may do so. All employees and vendors are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

How does ILC collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  • Apply for a loan or other product or service from us
  • Give us your income information
  • Make deposits or withdrawals from your bank account
  • Provide account information

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Non-affiliates can include debit card processors, banks, wire transfer services, credit bureaus, and information verification services.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

Our joint marketing partners can include institutions such as other lenders, lead providers and other service providers.
